How Weekly Service Fits an Office or Store
Staff, break rooms and meeting rooms all go through linens. Here's how we keep them stocked.

-
Staff Shirts That Match
Retail and counter staff look better in clean, matching shirts. Shirts and aprons go in the bag on pickup day and come back clean and counted on delivery day.
-
Break Rooms Stay Stocked
Kitchen and dish towels are counted out each week, so the break room has clean towels without anyone running them home to wash.
-
Dining Linens for Meetings
Corporate dining rooms and catered meetings get tablecloths and napkins on the same delivery. Call ahead before a big event and we will add extra.
-
One Delivery for Everything
Break room towels, staff uniforms and dining linens all ride on the same delivery and show up on the same per-piece invoice.
What to Check in a Uniform Agreement
Terms with large national providers vary by agreement. These are the points worth finding in yours, and your free invoice review can go over them with you.
- Uniform agreements can include charges when an employee leaves
- Lost or damaged garments may be billed at replacement cost
- Terms often renew automatically unless you cancel in a short notice window
- Annual price increases may be written into the agreement
What an Office or Store Uses in a Week
We size your starting order from your staff and break room, then adjust it after the first two weeks of counts. Here's the method, with an example for a single retail store with a break room and 15 staff in matching shirts.
| Item | How we estimate it | Example per week |
|---|---|---|
| Staff shirts | One per employee per shift worked | About 60 (15 staff, 4 shifts each) |
| Break room towels | A few per day for the kitchen area | About 20 |
