How Pricing Works
One price list for every route, with nothing added on in fees.
- By the Piece
- Your invoice is the number of pieces we washed times the price for each item.
- Service Included
- Pickup, washing, pressing, folding, counting and delivery are part of the per-piece price.
- Changes With Notice
- If a price ever changes, we tell you ahead of time. It never shows up first on an invoice.
- No Fuel or Delivery Fees
- You won't see fuel, delivery or service surcharges on your invoice.
Service Built Around Your Week
Every account starts with a short call to set your schedule and starting quantities.
- Weekly pickup and delivery on the same days, at a time that fits your business
- Starting quantities sized from your tables, rooms or members, then adjusted as you go
- Extra deliveries for events, holidays and busy weekends
- Every pickup counted at the facility, so your invoice matches what you sent
Linen Service FAQ
Don't see your question? Contact the facility.
Do you rent linens or wash the linens I already own?
Both. With rental, we own the linens and replace them as they wear out. If you own your linens, we pick them up, wash and press them, and bring the same items back.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimums are low. Most businesses start with a weekly order sized to what they actually use. We'll suggest a starting quantity when you call.
How often do you pick up and deliver?
Most accounts are on a weekly schedule set when service starts. Busier accounts can be picked up more than once a week.
Can I add extra linens for an event?
Yes. Call the facility a few days ahead and we'll add the extra pieces to your next delivery.
How is linen service priced?
By the piece, from one price list. Pickup, washing, pressing, counting and delivery are included, and you only pay for the pieces we wash.
How soon can service start?
We talk through what you use now, set your schedule and starting quantities, and make the first delivery. If you're under contract, we time that first delivery to the end of your current term.
Are there fuel or delivery fees?
No. Pickup and delivery are part of the per-piece price, so there are no fuel, delivery or service surcharges.
Do you offer shop towels and event linens?
Yes. Shop towels can come on the same weekly delivery as your linens, and event linens can be booked for a single event or added to your standing order.
What happens if linens are lost or damaged?
Every pickup and delivery is counted, so we can see where a shortage happened. We'll talk it through with you before anything shows up on an invoice. Our lost and damaged item policy is built to be customer-friendly.
