Our Approach

How Our Dalton Linen Service Works

National linen companies keep customers with long agreements. We'd rather keep them with good service. Everything about how we work follows from that.

What You Can Count On

Six commitments that apply to every account, whether you run one café or three hotels.

  • No Contract

You can stop service whenever you want. There's no term to wait out, no renewal date and no cancellation fee.

  • One Price List, by the Piece

You pay for the pieces we wash. If prices ever change, you'll hear it from us ahead of time, not find it on an invoice.

  • A Local Facility

Everything is washed and pressed in Dalton and delivered by our own drivers. When you call, you reach the people who handle your linens.

  • Counted In and Counted Out

Every pickup is counted at the facility and every delivery is counted on the way out, so your invoice matches what you actually sent.

  • Worn Pieces Replaced

Each industry's laundry is sorted and washed separately, with the care that kind of linen needs. Worn pieces are replaced.

  • Straight Answers on Losses

If something goes missing, we tell you on the next delivery and work it out with you. Our lost and damaged item policy is built to be customer-friendly.

What Happens at the Facility

Every load follows the same five steps between your pickup day and your delivery day.

  1. Sorted

Linens are sorted by item and fabric, and heavily soiled kitchen pieces are kept apart from dining linens.

  2. Washed

Each load is washed in hot water with a chemical program matched to the fabric and how soiled it is.

  3. Inspected

Pieces are checked for stains, tears and wear. Anything that fails is pulled.

  4. Pressed and Folded

Tablecloths and napkins are pressed, towels are folded, and everything is stacked by item.

  5. Counted and Packed

Your order is counted against your standing quantities and packed for your delivery day.

What Switching to Us Looks Like

Four steps from the first conversation to a stocked shelf.

  1. Talk Through Your Service

We go over what you use now and what you pay, and find your renewal date and notice window if you're under contract.

  2. Set Your Schedule

We pick your pickup and delivery days and times, and size your starting quantities.

  3. First Delivery

Clean stock arrives on your first delivery day. We pick up soiled linens on the same visit.

  4. Adjust After Two Weeks

We check your counts after the first two weeks and adjust quantities so you're never short or overstocked.

Working With Us FAQ

Questions about service, counts and changes. For anything else, contact the facility.

Why don't you require a contract?

Because a contract only matters when service slips. We'd rather earn your business every week. If we stop doing the job well, you should be free to leave.

What happens if my order comes back short?

Every pickup and delivery is counted, so a shortage shows up on the delivery ticket. Call the facility and we'll bring the missing pieces on the next run or credit your invoice.

What happens to worn linens?

With rental linens, worn pieces are replaced from our stock.

Who do I call if something goes wrong?

The facility in Dalton. You'll talk to the people who wash and deliver your linens, not a regional call center.

Can I change my quantities or schedule later?

Yes. Most businesses adjust after the first two weeks, and again whenever their season changes. Call the facility and we'll update your standing order.
