How Weekly Service Fits a School or Childcare Center

Teachers and staff shouldn't spend nap time running a washing machine. Here's how we take laundry off their list.

  • Counts Set by Classroom

We start from how many children nap in each room and how many cribs you have, then set nap mat covers, crib sheets and blankets so there's a clean set for every child each week.

  • Your Changing Schedule, Not Ours

Your center decides how often bedding is changed, following your own policies and your licensing requirements. We size the order to match that schedule.

  • Deliveries Outside Drop-Off and Pickup

Drivers come at a set time that stays clear of morning drop-off, nap time and afternoon pickup, so the front door and the parking lot stay free for families.

  • Built Around the School Calendar

Summer break, winter break and spring break don't need a full order. Tell us your calendar and we'll pause or shrink your deliveries, then bring them back for the first day.

What to Check in a School or Childcare Linen Agreement

Terms with large national providers vary by agreement. These are the points worth finding in yours, and your free invoice review can go over them with you.

  • Weekly minimums may keep billing through summer and winter breaks
  • Multi-year terms can be hard to line up with a school budget year
  • Added service, fuel or loss charges may sit on top of the per-piece price
  • Annual price increases are often written into the agreement

How Much Linen a Childcare Center Needs

We size your starting order from your classrooms and your changing schedule, then adjust it after the first two weeks of counts. Here's the method, with an example for a childcare center with 100 children and 12 infant cribs, open 5 days a week.

These are starting estimates, not a quote. Your real numbers come from your first two weeks of counts and the changing schedule your center follows.

Planning Around the School Year

  • Late July and August

Schools and colleges start back, dorms fill and childcare enrollment often shifts as children move up a room.

  • June and July

Schools pause or shrink orders for summer, while childcare centers and summer camps keep running.

  • Late November and December

Thanksgiving and winter break mean short weeks. Tell us your calendar and we'll adjust those deliveries.
